Business Ethics

At OPC Industries, our human resource department is responsible for the recruitment selection, orientation, performance appraisal, training and development, industrial relations and health and safety issues. Most of our labor workers have been working along OPCI for more than 15 years and are all living comfortably with a compensation package appropriate to their comparable worth. Discrimination by age, gender, race, religion, and disability is extremely prohibited at our workplace. Employers consider workplace safety, providing appropriate training or hazard disclosure.

We pay a great deal of attention towards our marketing ethics. Our products are all labeled with their specific ingredients, possible health risks and transparency about environmental risks if possible. Furthermore, OPC Industries asks all its employees to be truthful when advertising, and fair when pricing and distributing.

We continuously look for ways to manage our honesty and integrity as an organization. We understand that business ethical traditions differ from countries to countries but we have underlined our policies and discipline surrounded by the judgment of our society and to the extension of our operations. We have formulated internal policies pertaining to the ethical conduct of employees. These policies are meant to identify the company's expectations of workers and to offer guidance on handling common ethical problems that might arise in the course of doing business.

Our objective is to increase our ethical awareness, be consistent with our application, and avoid ethical disasters.

Please refer to our code of conduct for more information.
